Level: (What level you are at. All characters start out at level 1)

Likes: (Minimum of 3, explain them)
Dislikes: (Minimum of 3, explain them)
Fears: (Minimum of 2, explain them)

Personality: (Your character's personality. This must be at least 1 paragraph long)

Hair: (Your character's hair length, color, texture, etc.)
