Skills

In SAO Recoded, there are numerous skills in which are optional to have, but are very beneficial to level up. Like abilities, skills improve your character in various areas that can help both in and out of combat. However, unlike abilities, these skills doesn't cap at 200, but at 1,000. When starting out as a character, you have an initial 2 skill points. Every time you level up, you gain another 2 skill points. However, you cannot just use these skill points on anything at any time. Certain skills have requirements that you must meet in order to start putting your skill points into the skill. These requirements could be items, levels, or most commonly, abilities. If you wish to respec your skill points, you may. Please specify every skill point you want to respec.

There are two types of skills. Support skills, and combat skills. Combat skills only assists you in combat. Support skills may help you in combat in some scenarios, but they also do help you out of combat as well.
