Re: 7. Classes
Knight
A very regal and impressive title a knight class is one of the basic classes one can get. This class is more suited for balanced play although the skills it acquires are not too impressive. Despite this the knight class can be very helpful in the early game. NPCS are more likely to give you quests despite your Charisma. The skills it learns are balanced being able to do damage without a weapon equipped and are able to rally team mates buffing their stats, although not by very much.
Perks
- Martial Arts - Passive +5 in the Marial Arts skill
- Constitution - Passive +5 in constitution
- Damage - Passive +2 in all damage

Re: 7. Classes
Mercenary
This is also a basic class you can acquire at the beginning of the game. This class is more focused on himself not being able to support the team at all. This class is more focused on power and getting the job done quick for the reward. Speaking of rewards this is yet another class that can get quests easier from NPCS and are more likely to be approached by NPCS for quests. Despite all this the class posses no ability to defend with skills from the calls and would be better suited to be with a group.
Perks
Perks
- Charisma - Passive +5 Charisma
- Col - 25% more Col recieved when not player or NPC given

Re: 7. Classes
Thief
A notorious title for a notorious person. This class is more suited for sneaking stealing and spying on other players. This class is more focusing more outside of battle and is far more suited for spying on players. This class is more focused on hiding and speed. Furthermore in battle the Theif possess the ability to increase the drop rate of money and items. But can they be trusted? Well NPCS don't anyway. This class is not trustworthy at all being reputed to rob their own teammates as well as random people and even some enemies. However if they are caught they are more then likely screwed as they have no means to defend themselves with their class skills.
Perks
Perks
- Stealing - If somebody dies, the thief is capable of picking up their lost Col or item. The thief must be in the same topic as the person who died for this to happen though.
- Speed - Passive + 5m/s (applies to everything]
- Hiding - Passive + 5 in the hiding skill

Re: 7. Classes
(Weapon Name)wo/man
Weapons & Sub-Classes
So Depending on your weapon you can be classed as a (insert weapon here)man/woman. These are the most basic class being able to gain special abilities for their chosen weapon. Furthermore they can be supportive to offensive to a mixed type of player depending on what weapon they choose to be classed with. NPCS treat these people like anyone one else and are neither more likely nor less likely to give you quests. This class can be lethal to opponents as with each weapon skills vary which can catch them off guard.
There's a catch with this class though. Once you're mind is set on a weapon that you have this class in, there's no switching to another weapon, and once you've chosen this class, it's as if your character has devoted their life to learning that one weapon. Therefor, you earn certain perks through that weapon of your choice, but you cannot gain a weapon completely different from your weapon that you have chosen to have this class for. For example, you cannot be a straight sword wo/man and use a bow. It's just not possible. However, there are certain weapons that can be sub-classes of your weapon that you may be able to use, but you just won't have the perks with them.

Re: 7. Classes
Blacksmith
A well rounded type class that is more interested in making a quick buck. This class is all about the forge and is more likely to stay in town making weapons and armours and selling them to other merchants. It has the ability to craft special items and imbue them with more power, durability, etc. For people who would rather spend their times in the forge, not really confident in their fighting skills, then this would be a good class for them. While they may be able to sell to players, they may only sell to players who have the "master merchant" class.
Skills
- Armor Forging

Re: 7. Classes
Crafters
Crafters are in relation to both blacksmiths and alchemists. You could say that they're a combination of the two. While a blacksmith makes things out of materials and an alchemist uses predominantly raw materials, a crafter is the only class that is able to actually take those raw materials and craft them into new materials that both alchemists and blacksmiths would use for various things. Crafters, along with the merchants, are definitely one of the most player-relied-on classes.
Skills
- Refinement

Re: 7. Classes
Beast Tamer
Aww look at that little monster, it's so cute. Can I keep it please. Why of course you can with this class. This class is very unique indeed. With this class you are able to Tame certain enemies and special beings in SAO. This class then gains abilities depending on what enemies/beings it has tamed. Being able to control the beasts comes at a price. The stats of the user are greatly lowered and are very small, but the beast also gains levels and stats, along with its master. A very risky, yet rewarding class it is able to heal, do damage or even defend others, Depending on the beast tamed. Most NPCS just treat these people like normal.
